After payment and before work begins, 100% (minus expenses required for refund) will be refunded. Outside of that, refunds will be calculated based on progress. However, 30% of the fee will not be refunded under any circumstances. (Even if progress is less than 30% of the fee after calculation, 30% will not be refunded.)
② Application fees
If you apply before, we will refund 100%. After you apply, there will be no refund.
